Variety Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, simply send them back to us unworn in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund.
If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection and if the shoes are faulty we will refund the order in full plus postage charges paid by customer in sending the item back to us.
If the shoes don’t match your outfit or you’ve just changed your mind now. You have 30 days from the day they were delivered. Please send them back to us and you will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges.
